ഷഡ്‌ഭുജം

ജ്യാമിതിയിൽ 6 വശങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു ബഹുഭുജത്തിനേയാണ് ഷഡ്‌ഭുജം (hexagon) എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരേ തലത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന 6 ബിന്ദുക്കളാണ് ഒരു ഷഡ്‌ഭുജത്തെ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്നത്. ഏതൊരു ലളിത ഷഡ്‌ഭുജത്തിന്റേയും ആന്തരകോണുകളുടെ ആകെ തുക 720° ആയിരിക്കും.

സമഭുജ ഷഡ്‌ഭുജത്തിന്റെ (Regular hexagon) ആന്തരകോണുകൾ 120° ആയിരിക്കും.
